What we shipped, in detail

A soft palette, deliberately vague iconography and warm copy, with no streaks that guilt-trip and no comparative metrics that could surface stigma - users move at their own pace.

The home screen's progress tree blooms as users complete daily exercises - it rewards consistency without punishing a missed day, the opposite of typical fitness-app pressure.

Every programme and educational piece passes through certified specialists before publication - we coordinated that review loop so updates ship fast without compromising medical integrity.

Courses, exercise order and new content publish through a CMS without an app release - cutting content-management time by roughly 80% and making iteration viable post-launch.
