THE PROBLEM

Five teams ran the ecosystem from five different tools. A promo took days to go live.

WHAT WE BUILT

We designed one admin panel with roles, a promo builder, audience segmentation and real-time analytics.

What we shipped, in detail

The mobile app, the website, lobby kiosks, POS terminals and the kids' arcade zone are all managed from one panel - switching surfaces is a tab change, not a different tool.

Live monitoring across 200K+ transactions gives finance and ops instant visibility into revenue and channel mix, without pulling a single manual report.

Banners, promotions, events and the style guide moved fully into the admin - marketing launches on its own schedule instead of waiting on a developer ticket.

Loyalty rules and gift-drawing mechanics are versioned in the admin, so eligibility logic can change for a single weekend campaign and revert automatically afterwards.

I want something like this.
