What we do

Seven things you can order. Each one with a result you can name. Timing and cost we settle on the first call.

01 / 07

Website

We design and build the site the job actually needs - from a one-page landing to a catalogue of dozens of pages. Design, front-end, CMS and an SEO foundation: ready for traffic to grow into it.

Cases: KinoPark Website, Renshin Urban Investments, Ophir Studio, Russian Assay Chamber

Design · Front-end · CMS · SEO foundation · Analytics
02 / 07

Online store

We build the whole storefront and checkout: catalogue, cart, payments, delivery, customer accounts. Wired into your inventory and back office so orders stop falling between tools.

Cases: Первый Луч

Catalogue · Cart and payments · Admin panel · Back-office integrations
03 / 07

Mobile app

We design and build the app in Flutter: one codebase for iOS and Android, native performance, your own backend, and release to the App Store and Google Play.

Cases: Yerevan Mall Super App, HealV, Sanek

Design · Flutter app · Backend · Store release
04 / 07

SaaS and platforms

We design the architecture, build the MVP and take the product through to scale: roles and permissions, billing, a public API, usage analytics.

Cases: TAG.SHOW Platform, Norakaruyc.am, Pharmacy Admin Portal

Architecture · MVP · Roles and billing · API
05 / 07

Product design

We research the users, prototype the flows, and build the interface and the design system - so engineering doesn't reinvent a solution on every screen.

Cases: Yerevan Mall Super App, KinoPark Website, Artlife Kempinski Residences

Research · Prototype · UI · Design system
06 / 07

Process automation

We map your current process, find the manual work and remove it: integrations between CRM, accounting and spreadsheets, real-time reporting, internal tools built for how your team actually works.

Cases: YM Admin Panel, BOMMatcher

Process audit · Integrations · Internal tools
07 / 07

AI implementation

We build AI assistants and agents on top of your data and your processes: support, sales, voice. From a pilot with quality metrics to a production integration.

Cases: Amanda - AI Sales SDR, Sarah - AI Voice Banking Assistant

Scenarios · Pilot · Integration · Quality metrics
02 · HOW WE WORK

How it actually goes

01 · IDEA

Work out what we're building

Discovery, interviews, a PRD and a clickable prototype. The idea gets edges, metrics and a launch plan.
2 weeks
→ PRD · PROTOTYPE · ESTIMATE
02 · PRODUCT

Design it and build it

Design and engineering run in parallel. A demo every week, a working build from the first sprint.
4–12 weeks
→ DESIGN SYSTEM · MVP · TESTS
03 · LAUNCH

Ship it to production

Release, analytics, first users. Launch is where the data starts, not where the project ends.
1–2 weeks
→ RELEASE · ANALYTICS · FIRST USERS
04 · OWN

Own the outcome

Growth, support, iteration on the metrics. Or the product becomes a venture - and we build it like our own.
ongoing
→ GROWTH · SUPPORT · ITERATIONS
HOW WE WORK

Four rules we don't bend

01

Short

No long decks standing in for actual work.
02

Concrete

Metrics and decisions - not “innovative solutions”.
03

A demo every week

You see the product, not a status report.
04

One person accountable

From idea to launch. And after it.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does devGal do?

devGal is a development studio in Yerevan, Armenia. We design and build websites, online stores, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, process automation and AI integrations - from discovery to production and support after launch.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

Usually 6–10 weeks: about 2 weeks of discovery (interviews, a PRD, a clickable prototype), 4–12 weeks of design and engineering depending on scope, then 1–2 weeks to launch. You see a working demo every week.

How much does a project cost?

Every project is priced for the client, so we don't publish a price list. After a 30-minute call you hear the final cost and timeline right away, with no commitment.

Do you build mobile apps for both iOS and Android?

Yes. We build in Flutter - one codebase for iOS and Android with native performance - along with the backend, and we handle the release to the App Store and Google Play.

Do you have experience building AI products?

Yes - three AI products are in production: Sarah, a voice banking assistant; Amanda, an AI sales SDR; and BOMMatcher, an AI sourcing tool that matches bills of materials to suppliers.

Which countries do you work with?

The studio is based in Yerevan and works remotely with clients across Europe, the US and the CIS.

Do you support the product after launch?

Yes. After release we stay on for growth, support and iterations driven by the metrics. One person stays accountable from the idea through launch and after it.
