THE PROBLEM

A new-build market with no storefront: buyers searched through group chats, developers paid for leads blind.

WHAT WE BUILT

We launched a marketplace with verified listings, floor-by-floor availability, a mortgage calculator and a developer dashboard with lead analytics. Growth came from SEO and content.

What we shipped, in detail

We took the meetings, pitched the subscription model and handled the objections ourselves - from zero clients to 30+ construction companies and 40+ active projects in the first year.

We raised the monthly fee in step with the value the platform delivered, from 15K to 150K AMD, justifying every step with data from our own analytics layer.

We designed a configuration system so every building - 3D models, floor plans, per-apartment status, imagery - is assembled in the admin panel, so sales can onboard a new developer without an engineer.

We owned the SEO strategy end to end - keywords, page structure, content - and grew the site from zero to 120K monthly visitors averaging 5+ minutes on site.

Requests from sales conversations became next sprint's features, which kept retention high and turned subscribers into references for the next deal.
