THE PROBLEM

The old site sold tickets and nothing else. Food, gift cards and promos only existed at the counter - and disappeared online.

WHAT WE BUILT

We rewrote the storefront and the checkout: seat picking, combos for the screening, gift cards, one wallet shared with the app. SEO structure built around films and showtimes.

What we shipped, in detail

We rebuilt the site from a new visual concept, ground up - modern browsing, seat picking on interactive hall maps, and a checkout that finally feels like the brand, not a legacy ticketing tool.

We ported the full promotions engine and the gift-card flow, including custom card design, from the mobile app to the site - opening a new revenue channel online and unblocking corporate buyers who preferred desktop.

Popcorn, combos, snacks and drinks became upsells inside the same basket as the ticket, so buyers no longer need a separate kiosk stop - and average order value went up.

We built promo-code and voucher-batch support into checkout, validated against the same backend, so marketing and B2B sales run identical campaigns on web and mobile.

Web and mobile now run on a single Vista integration - showtimes, seats, prices and promo codes stay consistent, and a feature built once ships to both clients.

A personal cabinet for booking history and gift cards, an editorial blog for premieres, and a hall-rentals module route corporate events through the site instead of phone calls.
