THE PROBLEM

The group managed orders and stock across locations through Excel and phone photos sent over WhatsApp - error-prone, unscalable, and risky for a regulated industry.

WHAT WE BUILT

We built a portal with centralized order tracking, a stock dashboard with low-stock alerts, role-based access, and a Google Sheets integration so accounting could keep its existing workflow.

What we shipped, in detail

Centralized order status is visible to managers and pharmacists simultaneously across every location, instead of living in separate spreadsheets per branch.

Stock levels per SKU per location, with low-stock alerts that catch a shortage before it becomes a missed sale.

Accounting pulls reports straight into the Sheets workflow it already uses, so the new system didn't force a process change on a team that didn't need one.

Managers, pharmacists and accountants each see a different view with the right permissions, matching how a regulated pharmacy group actually needs access controlled.
