THE PROBLEM

Five disconnected channels - cinema tickets, loyalty, mall navigation, promos and parking - lived in separate systems. Nobody could explain why you'd install the app.

WHAT WE BUILT

We built the super app around one moment - you're in the mall, everything is in your phone: tickets and food for the screening, the loyalty card, geo-triggered promos, a single profile. Alongside it, an admin panel for marketing and operations.

What we shipped, in detail

We wired the app into the cinema's booking backend so users get full showtime browsing, seat picking on an interactive hall map, and food ordered directly inside the ticket flow - the single biggest driver of MAU growth.

Parents link a physical arcade card to the app to see real-time balance, recharge from their phone, and enter contests - moving 40%+ of top-ups off the physical kiosk.

We rebuilt event tracking end to end, giving the team visibility from install through purchase for the first time - every later prioritization decision became data-driven instead of gut feel.

Banners, promotions, events and style-guide content moved into the admin panel, so marketing launches campaigns on its own timeline and personalized push notifications drive repeat visits.

IDram and Telcell sit alongside bank cards, with card storage tuned to skip 3DS on repeat purchases - removing the last reason to leave the app for a kiosk or website.
