Mobile app development for iOS and Android

We design and build apps in Flutter - one codebase, native performance on both platforms - together with the backend and admin panel, and handle the release to the stores.

What's included

What you get

01

UX and UI design

Flows, a clickable prototype and the visual system before a line of code.

02

One app for both stores

Flutter gives iOS and Android from one codebase - one team, one release cycle.

03

Backend and admin

API, database, push notifications and an admin panel your team runs content and promos from.

04

Payments

Cards, local wallets like IDram and Telcell, saved cards and in-app purchases.

05

Store release

We prepare listings, pass review and ship to the App Store and Google Play.

06

Analytics and growth

Events from day one, so after launch you know what to improve next.

Price

The final price on the first call

No price list and no "from $X" that grows later. We spend 30 minutes on your task and name the final cost and timeline before we hang up.

02 · HOW WE WORK

How it actually goes

01 · IDEA

Work out what we're building

Discovery, interviews, a PRD and a clickable prototype. The idea gets edges, metrics and a launch plan.
2 weeks
→ PRD · PROTOTYPE · ESTIMATE
02 · PRODUCT

Design it and build it

Design and engineering run in parallel. A demo every week, a working build from the first sprint.
4–12 weeks
→ DESIGN SYSTEM · MVP · TESTS
03 · LAUNCH

Ship it to production

Release, analytics, first users. Launch is where the data starts, not where the project ends.
1–2 weeks
→ RELEASE · ANALYTICS · FIRST USERS
04 · OWN

Own the outcome

Growth, support, iteration on the metrics. Or the product becomes a venture - and we build it like our own.

FAQ

Common questions

How much does it cost?

Every project is priced for the client, so we don't publish a price list. One call is enough: we ask about the task, and by the end of that call you hear the final cost and the timeline.

Why Flutter and not native?

For most products Flutter gives native-level speed with one codebase, so you pay for one app instead of two and features reach both platforms at once.

How long does an app take?

An MVP usually takes 8-12 weeks from discovery to store release. A larger product is planned in stages, each with its own release.

Do you support the app after release?

Yes - updates for new OS versions, fixes and new features, on a monthly plan or per task.

What is your largest app?

The Yerevan Mall super app: 300K+ users, monthly active users grew from 7K to 16K, with cinema ticketing, payments and loyalty inside.
